Staff in pastoral, safeguarding and MHFA roles often hold the emotional weight of school life.
IMN Supervision provides a safe, non-clinical space to reflect, reset and build confidence.
We’re developing a brand-new strand of training to help schools explore how AI can support staff wellbeing, reduce workload and enhance communication, without losing the human touch.
This isn’t about replacing people. It’s about giving teams the time, clarity and confidence to do what matters most and using tools like AI to support that.
We’re currently designing a pilot programme and would love to hear from schools, trusts or educators interested in shaping this work.
